By creating an account or using Digest Alert, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Digest Alert is an AI-powered content monitoring service. We scan content sources you configure, analyze their relevance to your interests, and deliver matched results via email digests and a web dashboard.

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Free accounts have limited source and usage quotas.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
You can upgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and charges are prorated.
You can downgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
We do not offer automatic refunds. If something went wrong with your billing, contact us and we will make it right.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate limits.
Reverse-engineer or redistribute the AI analysis results commercially.
Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Content analyzed by Digest Alert (videos, articles, podcasts) belongs to their respective creators. We do not claim ownership of third-party content. Analysis summaries generated by our AI are provided for your personal use.

7. Limitation of Liability

Digest Alert is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated analysis. We are not liable for any decisions made based on our analysis results.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
